You bring the options – the tiles, the swatches, the sofas you’ve had saved for weeks – and I’ll help you find the one that feels right for your space, your lifestyle and the way you want to live.

This or That is a consult service, so it doesn’t include concept development, drawings or sourcing. If you find you’d love me to bring the whole space to life, I’d be delighted to talk about a design project – and your session fee will be credited towards it if you go ahead within 3 months.

More than you’d think! With a little preparation, most sessions cover a good handful of decisions across one or two spaces.

I’ll send you a short questionnaire once you’ve booked, along with a request for photos, floor plans if you have them, and the options you’re weighing up – so we can hit the ground running.

This or That is about helping you decide between the options you’ve already found – I won’t be sourcing new pieces for you. If none of your options feel quite right, I’ll talk you through what to look for so you can keep searching with confidence. If you’d love someone to source and develop the concept for you, that’s part of my full design services.

We’ll meet over a video call, where you can walk me through your space on your phone or iPad and we’ll chat through the decisions you’re finding tough. Daylight is best, especially for colour, and having any samples on hand means we can see them in the space together.

Of course – many projects have decisions that unfold over time, so follow-up sessions are always welcome.
