CHiswick SYDNEY, AUSTRALIA
A beloved Sydney institution known for its farm-to-table approach and a serene garden setting, the brief was to gently reinvigorate the underused bar area. counter-height banquettes upholstered in a botanical, tapestry-inspired Pierre Frey fabric were introduced shifting the visual focus away from the working bar and kitchen, and back toward the garden, the heart of the space.
Thoughtful detailing, including scalloped verde marble tabletops and delicate café curtain peekaboos, add softness and charm. A round BESPOKE BRITT ROSS produced RUG WITH A PDR table atop was placed STRATEGICALLY to anchor the window framing the garden, complemented by a striking layered FLORAL Photograph BY PHOTOGRAPHER Casey Moore.
In the main dining room, new fabric flush mounts replace the previously harsh down lights, while tie-dyed silk lampshade wall lights line the perimeter of room, casting a warm, peachy glow.
